If weather conditions are unsuitable, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. We closely monitor weather forecasts and do our best to minimise any disruptions.
In many cases, rain is not an issue if suitable overhead cover is available, such as a garage, carport, or covered area, and the customer is happy to proceed with the booking.
For an Interior detail, it is recommended all belongings are removed before hand. Otherwise, certain areas such as the glove box or arm rest storage etc may be avoided.
Yes. We may offer discounted pricing when multiple vehicles are booked at the same location and on the same day (or) where a deposit is paid on multiple vehicles for separate bookings.

A $50 deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day. The remaining amout will be processed after the service is complete.
