Light rain may not affect certain services, however heavy rain or severe weather can impact the quality of the detail and our ability to work safely. If weather conditions are unsuitable, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. We closely monitor weather forecasts and do our best to minimise any disruptions. In many cases, rain is not an issue if suitable overhead cover is available, such as a garage, carport, or covered area, and the customer is happy to proceed with the booking.

For an Interior detail, it is recommended all belongings are removed before hand. Otherwise, certain areas such as the glove box or arm rest storage etc may be avoided.

Yes. We may offer discounted pricing when multiple vehicles are booked at the same location and on the same day (or) where a deposit is paid on multiple vehicles for separate bookings. The discount available will depend on the type of service, the size and condition of each vehicle, and the total scope of work.
