These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Velvets Auto Care.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for advising us of any pre-existing damage, paint defects, loose trim, aftermarket modifications, or other conditions that may affect the service.
Results Disclaimer
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, detailing outcomes may vary depending on the age, condition, and history of the vehicle.
We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, scratches, swirl marks, odours, or imperfections.
Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the condition, size, and requirements of the vehicle.
Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before work proceeds.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvets Auto Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Photographs
We may take photographs of vehicles before, during, and after services for quality control, training, and marketing purposes. Registration plates and identifying information will be removed or obscured.
Customers may request that their vehicle not be used for marketing purposes.
Acceptance
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
